Unfortunately, I still love food and can’t give up sweets. But I’m adding a YMCA membership to my efforts to get my body back.

Weight before Evan- 160
Weight this morning- 180 (ouch!)

But I’m headed out for yoga in just a little bit. And other great classes I’m looking forward to are step, 30/30 (cardio and strengthening class), and zumba (dance!).

    Maybe by Christmas we can both celebrate our new weights with. . . .Christmas treats? ;)

    You can do it!
    Calories burned just has to be bigger than calories taken in.
    So work out like crazy and you can eat whatever you want!
