This past week was a blast!
Saturday started off with Ben’s first soccer game and first goal ever! It was so exciting! And then we headed off to two birthday parties. Morgan’s was horse-themed, with Ryan and Katy going all-out. They had pony rides, a petting zoo, and pinata. And there’s no telling what else we missed when we had to head out to party #2. But we were so glad that we made the effort to make it to Robert’s party. His was at Gymboree, and the kids got to climb, tumble, dance, and play (just be kids). It was a blast! Giggles floated up into the air just like the bubbles did.
This week Ben had a great soccer practice, Evan had a fun music class. And Nathan and I enjoyed going to another Dream Dinners session. All of the dinners we put together sound amazing, and we can’t wait to try them.
And this morning Ben rocked! While we have no idea what the end score was of the game, and we’re not quite sure how many goals he scored himself… we do know that he was smokin’ during the first quarter. We think he got two or three goals just in the first 15 minutes. I SO regret not having the video camera there.
