A few weeks ago Nathan couldn’t wait to tell everyone about Ben riding his bike without training wheels (because he’s known for months that Ben could do it!). And he was so proud of Ben for a great first week of kindergarten. But we’re always excited about what Ben’s up to, right? Well, how about other reasons to smile?
Over the weekend I put Evan in his new onesie we just received from Rackspace. Nathan beamed with pride when he got a glimpse of his little Racker in that outfit. What a proud Dad!
And this evening Nathan rolled into the driveway in his new car! After a few years of suffering through Texas heat without a/c in his Blazer, we were finally able to get him a vehicle with air! While it’s not the SUV he’s wanting and it’s not brand new (we just couldn’t afford either), he got himself a nice-looking Volkswagen Passat that’s roomy enough for the whole family, gets great gas mileage, and has a sunroof! Cool!
